We offer 3, 4 and 7-night stays as standard, and can often arrange a bespoke length of stay on request. Both are subject to availability.

Yes. We take bookings all year round, including from November through to 1 January, when the park doesn’t usually offer holiday rentals. Because you book directly with us, you can enjoy a winter break when most caravans on the park aren’t available. Please note that during quieter out-of-season periods the park’s entertainment, activities and facilities may be limited or unavailable.

The full cost of your stay is paid when you book, by debit or credit card. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

You can ask to change your booking up to 42 days before arrival, subject to availability. Moving your dates to another booking in the same calendar year carries a non-refundable £25 administration fee plus any difference in price. Bookings cannot be altered within 42 days of arrival.

Cancellation charges depend on how far ahead you cancel:

• More than 42 days before arrival — £50 charge (£80 for group bookings), the rest is refunded
• 41–22 days — 50% of the holiday cost
• 21–15 days — 75%
• 14 days or fewer — 100%

Yes — Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the caravan. Login details are provided on the day you arrive.

Yes. We provide a cot bed with mattress, a bed rail and a high chair, along with plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for younger guests. Beds are made up before you arrive and hand towels and tea towels are provided.

Unfortunately not. We’re unable to accept pets at Tizer & Tide, as the additional deep cleaning they would need would push up the cost of every stay. Keeping the caravan pet-free also helps make it comfortable for guests with allergies.

No. Smoking, e-cigarettes and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the caravan. A £100 cleaning charge applies if this is not respected.

The caravan is pet-free, which we hope is good news if anyone in your party has a pet allergy. We cannot absolutely guarantee that a pet has never been inside the caravan, so if a member of your party has a serious or life-threatening allergy please contact us before booking.

From 4pm. The keys are kept in a key safe at the caravan, and we will send you its location and code on the day of your check-in. Please let us know in advance if you will arrive after 11pm.

Pendine Sands Holiday Park is operated by Parkdean Resorts. Holiday passes for the park’s facilities are not included in the cost of your stay, but can be purchased directly from the park reception. What is available can vary by season and date, so please check with the park for what is running during your stay.

Yes, the park has an indoor swimming pool. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool complex; under-8s and non-swimmers must stay within arm’s reach of a competent adult.

Yes — The Boathouse bar and restaurant, a café, a fish & chip shop and other takeaways, Scoops ice cream and Costa Coffee. There is also a convenience store and a launderette on the park.

Only at a designated EV charging point where one is available. You must not charge a vehicle from the caravan’s electricity supply.
